STEFAN ROSSI
FOUNDER & CEO
Stefan Rossi brings over two decades of elite, hands-on performance engine building experience. His diverse career spans classic VW air-cooled restoration, heavy-duty diesel work on Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks, modern electronic diagnostics at Mercedes-Benz and Johnsons Volkswagen, and founding and successfully operating ACE Performance Engines in both the UK and California.
His service in the British Army's REME Regiment and Light Dragoons instilled the discipline, precision, and methodical attention to detail that define his engineering approach.
Since 2012, ACE Performance Engines has earned magazine features, event showcases, and a long customer waiting list. Stefan’s rare combination of deep, cross-disciplinary engine-building expertise, military-grade discipline, and proven entrepreneurial track record positions him uniquely to lead the success of The Precision Academy in the U.S.
